Flowers for a Little Girl

Ari is turning 5 and loves girly things. So I made her a cutesy little flower cake.

I frosted it with buttercream frosting and then made the flowers out of marshmallow fondant.

The cake would be a ton cuter if I had covered the whole thing in fondant but I decided to sacrifice looks for taste. For me, there's nothing better than good 'ol buttercream!
